Special consideration has been given to ensure that the LED’s always operate at peak performance. Using a purpose designed, precise, constant current drive, the LED’s produce near perfect output and optimum life.

The unit is designed with high thermal efficiency. A special thermal monitor is included which will disconnect the Light Engine in the unlikely event that the maximum working temperature is exceeded by extremely hot ambient temperatures. The Light Engine is reconnected when the ambient temperature falls .
